Chapter 3 Update


Today I started work in earnest on Chapter 3. I thought that I would be doing a few renders, but it's been a process of finding a de-noise software. Not particularly successfully. I'll post a render of the pawn shop, that I built out of pieces of different assets, when I have a render that doesn't suck. The main issue seems to be the atmosphere that I wanted to use...it's causing some issues. I wanted to test the "fog" because there is a scene in a speakeasy in this episode and where else would fog be warranted. We'll see how it goes.

There are a number of new characters and locations in chapter 3...which makes sense since it's early going in the Pecker world building. Today I started work in earnest on the Speakeasy location. The asset isn't particularly well lighted from a cinematic pov, so I added some table lamps and ghost lights to give it a little character. I'm about to start rendering the scene in which Pecker meets some new acquaintances and some familiar faces.
